6 years of experience as a customer support agent honed my skills in customer handling, complaint management, and email correspondence (among many other skills). During these years I was a frontline agent supporting telecommunications customers from registration to technical support. Then I was part of a back-office team where we do ticketing and call customers if we need more information about the ticket submitted. I was also part of the sales and retention team for an Australian account where we call customers to retain them, process cancellation, providing a win-win solution for customers and the company. I am proficient in customer service, customer handling, complaint management, and email correspondence (among many other skills). I was recognized and awarded as Top 1 agent for our team and the top 4 on overall team performance in the project.
During the breakout of the pandemic, a lot has happened. Then I decided to take a leap of faith in the freelancing world because I want to work from home where I can have more time with my kids.
As part of my commitment to the freelancing world, I enrolled in paid online courses for Virtual Assistants to further my knowledge and gain new skills.
