I have relevant experiences in Customer Service field that I am really proud of. I worked for SYNNEX-CONCETRIX as a Product Support Representative and it helped me develop my skills in customer service and  IT troubleshooting/networking.

Moreover, I developed the skill in teaching using different methods too, making lesson plans and adjusting to different levels of learners right after. I was also privileged to handle a team of ESL teachers and working with them was a delight.

On the other hand, professional growth is also one of my priorities. As I get older, I encourage myself to develop new skills, for example, enrolling in new courses like the REI course which I successfully finished, and the 120 hour TEFL certificate course I just completed. I will never get tired of improving myself for the better.
