Leasing Management Officer
⦁ Management and Supervisory: Managing 101 leasable units and Supervised 6 housekeepers and 1 Dormitory Admin. Maintaining the units in good condition and presentable to rent with. Monitoring department’s quota, revenue growth and occupancy rate.
⦁ Marketing and Sales: Conduct Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS) to our partner brokers and agents by promoting our leasable units and do realty visits and prospecting at the same time.
⦁ Administrative Works: Generates accurate rent proposal, contract of lease, move-in checklist and move out checklist form in accordance to procedures and timelines.
⦁ Transaction Processing: To review and validate documents of prospected tenants. Created customer records thru our Netsuite System, in our database file and registering our tenants to the building admin.
⦁ Customer Service: Handle tenant’s complaints, brokers and agents in a positive way. Assist them during viewing, move-in and move-out.
⦁ Reports: Generates weekly reports for the revenue growth and concerns of our department.
⦁ Managing of Accounts: Handling 680 condo units exclusive of parking slots. Make sure to take out all the accounts on the target date of completion of the condo project.
⦁ Transaction Processing: Facilitate the loan process through financing institution and I will be the one to process either in bank or pag-ibig (depend on client’s preference)
⦁ Administrative Works: Generate Contract of Sell,Pag-ibig documents of clients, facilitate the bank loan requirements such LOG & Bank of Guarantee.
⦁ Customer Service:Answering emails and phone calls, will give updates to client on their loan status
⦁ Reports: Generate monthly report depending on the management’s request. Set monthly projection or target of accounts to be take out. Attend monthly coordination meetings.
⦁ Receiver/Releaser(2013-2014)-responsible for the receiving and releasing of documents, updates monitoring and other task assigned from time to time.
⦁ Typist(2014-2015)-responsible of review and making contracts, updates monitoring and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time which are deemed necessary for the accomplishment of project deliverables.
⦁ Titling/Collator (2016-2018)- collates the necessary documents for endorsement of accounts, ensures collated documents are complete, updates the monitoring system, completion of work items and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time which are deemed necessary for the accomplishment of project deliverables.
