General Virtual Assistance

Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for 1 year, My account is a Food Delivery Service wherein I handled inbound and outbound calls, supporting the dashers ( the delivery personnel ), providing them any help regarding with troubleshooting on the app, helping them resolve if they have any problem with their sign up application, processing of their missing payments, cancellation of orders, placing of orders for the customer, providing credits and refunds. I also manage chat and email support doing the same tasks, if the workforce needs us to change our skills from time to time. I just resigned recently because our boss wants us to report in the office, and I will not take risk because there’s a lot of positive covid19 cases here.  I’m hoping that you would give me a chance to work with you. I am passionate about my job, focused and determined. I am a fast learner, I’m persuasive, I always find a way to get what I want. I believe that, that’s how a dreamer should be, doing my best to achieve it.  I took a Freelancing Course at FVA and I’m currently having a 2 months apprenticeship ( 1 month local, 1 month international )  to have an experience with these skills like virtual assistance, social media management and marketing, website creation, content marketing, SEO.
