I am Gladys Comendador, I graduated at University of Southeastern Philippines took up Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management last 2018. While studying we have a lot of seminars and task done within the 4 years of being a student by that I slowly develop my skills in time management, problem solving and multi-tasking.

I had 11 months of experience as Customer Service Representative at Alorica Davao which we are dealing with a customer through emails doing follow-up, inquiries and complaints of people with a different culture and attitudes which leads me to develop my patience in dealing people.

Now, based on what I’ve been experience in my previous job it really help me to grow and show that I have potential and discover new things in myself and take a new step for my future. I loved to learn new things and develop it by trying to do the step by step process and seek any information needed. I know that there are a lot of people out there that have had years of experience of this industry and I also know that this kind of job is not that easy. As what I have mentioned above difficulties challenge me to strive hard to focus and understand well the process.

As for my observation business/company nowadays are eager to find someone that has the ability to provide them with a quality service and outstanding results and I think if I have given a chance to let me show my ability and credibility it would be my stepping stone for my goals to achieve.
