I’ve been a Customer Service Specialist for 4 years in the BPO industry handling various Telecommunication campaign based in the United States. I have experience handling inbound, outbound, email and chat support. I’m expert in using different CRMs related to billing, collections, sales, order tracking and fulfillments.
