Hello, my name is Roubelle Ruiz. I have worked as a customer service  representative in a telecommunications company for 1 year, and during the time that I was working as a customer service representative, I was able to  enhance my skills when it comes to handling customers. I have developed  flawless phone manners, politeness and cordial in addressing customers.  Connection with the customers personally and gives empathy. I also give  relevant information about the product and experiences, I took freelancing  training in a well-known virtual assistance academy called The Filipino  Virtual Assistance Academy. I took freelancing for me to be able to enhance  more skills in the virtual assisting world, The academy taught us so many  things with regards to General virtual assisting such as:  Social Media Marketing Plan, Organic Social Media Campaign, Business Branding.
