How to avail/purchase the Membership packages?

METHOD 1

STEP 1: Go to website address

Enter SURGE webpage academy.surgedigital.agency

STEP 2: LOGIN

LOGIN using the username and password you used when registering your account in SURGE academy.

STEP 3: Scroll down

After LOGIN your account on SURGE academy, scroll down until you the Premium Courses for your Enterprise.

STEP 4: Choose your premium membership level

After LOGIN your account on SURGE academy, scroll down until you the Premium Courses for your Enterprise.

STEP 5: Check details of selected membership

You can check the following 

  • Membership Level
  • Discount Voucher (optional)

After checking the details, scroll down and see the PayPal icon. You will redirect to the Paypal page to make a payment for the exact amount you choose.

STEP 6: Confirmation

After you successfully pay your membership, the confirmation page will show up.

STEP 7: Fill up the student form

Fill up the needed information and upload the screenshot of the proof of payment on this form for the enrollment process

METHOD 2

STEP 1: After you LOGIN go to any course

Example: Digital Marketing Course

 At the right upper part of the course profile image, you can see the GET SURGE PREMIUM MEMBER click it to proceed at  MEMBERSHIP COURSE.

STEP 2: Choose your premium membership level

STEP 3: Check details of selected membership

You can check the following 

  • Membership Level
  • Other Payment Methods (scroll below for the instructions)
  • Click on the Paypal Button for the recurring payments.

After checking the details, scroll down and see the PayPal icon. You will redirect to the Paypal page to make a payment for the exact amount you choose.

STEP 4: Confirmation

After you successfully paid your membership, the confirmation page will show up.

STEP 5: Fill up the student form

Fill up the needed information and upload the screenshot of the proof of payment on this form for the enrollment process.

OTHER PAYMENT METHODS

For monthly payments, You can pay via:

WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PAYMENTS VIA REMITTANCES, but you can “remit” payments going to our GCash and banks via these remittance centers.

Where to check my membership subscription details - You can view it on the profile dashboard?

STEP 1: Go to PROFILE

At the left side of LOGOUT, you can see the PROFILE click it to view your DASHBOARD.

STEP 2: PROFILE DASHBOARD

In PROFILE DASHBOARD  you can see the following:

  • PROFILE INFO
  • NUMBER OF ENROLLED COURSES
  • COURSE DETAILED ENROLLED

STEP 3: View membership subscription details

To view your membership details in the dashboard scroll down until you see the “VIEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP HERE”

how to navigate membership tabs?

OPTION 1: Welcome TAB

You can view here your membership Dashboard.

OPTION 2: Billing Information TAB

Here you can view your billing information.

OPTION 3: Invoice TAB

To view your Invoice receipt information order click “Invoice here

OPTION 4: View Invoice

Here you can see the date, invoice #, membership level, and total billed you availed.

OPTION 5: Cancel TAB

To cancel your subscription go to cancel tab and click to view “subscription here

OPTION 6 : View Cancel

Click “Cancel” to cancel your membership subscription.

IMPORTANT

REMINDERS:

  1. There should be only ONE user account per enrolled student. Kindly register using your FREELANCING GMAIL Account.
  2. All Courses are Non-Transferrable and Non-Refundable.
  3. User accounts are automatically deleted when:

  • The email addresses other than the Freelancing GMAIL are being used.
  • Same person with dual/multiple accounts.
